Vannamei prawns are one of the most popular types of seafood because of their mild and delicate taste. These prawns are rich in protein, low in fat and are an excellent source of iron, selenium and other beneficial vitamins and antioxidants. The Vannamei prawn is characterized by its snow-white colour and short grooves on the carapace.

To ensure maximum preservation of taste and quality, we freeze our prawns with a protective glaze. You may notice a higher amount of liquid after thawing, but rest assured that the prawns themselves contain no added water, as you are accustomed to with our products.
